Over the last few weeks Class 1 have been nurturing ladybirds.  The children have observed the different stages within the

ladybirds life cycle, resulting in the ladybirds being released into our garden on Monday.

Today we have been learning how to double numbers. We used ladybirds and counters to find out our answers,

for example double 3 is written, 3+3=6.

Jumping Clay

Wow! What a fun afternoon we’ve had exploring with jumping clay. We used our fine motor skills to pinch and stretch it. We made two different flowers, some soil and some pebbles to go on top. 😀
